If for any reason you did not collect your photo purchase on board please open a ticket with us and we will do whatever we can to reunite you with your valuable memories! Be advised in almost all cases printed photos will be disposed of if left onboard, digital copies of photos will only be provided back to you via an online service such as DropBox to resolve your issue.
In order to do this it is helpful if you provide us with as much information as possible:
Copy of your receipt
Specifics on the product you are missing

Raising a ticket is the quickest way for you to help us contact the ship the ticket will be forwarded to the ship immediately and they will find/recreate your product and then mail it from a reputable port of call or on their next Embarkation day.
