Please submit a ticket and attach your receipt to the ticket as proof of purchase and a reference photo so that we can locate your photos onboard. We keep photos on file for a maximum of 28 days after the cruise.


Replacing a missing disc

Please submit a ticket and attach your receipt to the ticket as proof of purchase and a reference photo so that we can locate your photos onboard. We keep photos on file for a maximum of 28 days after the cruise. If your request is submitted and your photos are no longer available, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.


Uncollected disc

If you did not collect your disc on the last evening of cruise or you left it behind, please submit a ticket and attach your receipt or credit card statement for proof of purchase. We keep photos on file for a maximum of 28 days. If your disc cannot be located and your photos are no longer on file, we will issue you a full refund to your original form of payment.
