Please submit a ticket and attach the printout that you received onboard with black and white thumbnails of your photos. Circle the missing photo(s), scan, and attach to your ticket.
If you do not have this printout, please describe the missing photos and attach a reference photo to your ticket to help the ship locate your photos. We keep photos on file for a maximum of 28 days.
