If the photo credits stated on your disc does not match the package you purchased, please submit a ticket and attach your receipt for proof of purchase. The missing credits will be applied to your disc. For example, you purchased a package of 15 and the disc states you have 10 photo credits to unlock.
If the number of photo credits stated on your disc is correct, but the photos are not unlocking, there may have been an interruption during the download process when you were installing your disc. Please follow the instructions to update to the latest version of the photo application.
