I need to open a support ticket for a different issue

In 90% of cases any issues you may have pre and post cruise have to be resolved by contacting the ship. In order for us to expedite your information to the ship we need to collect a lot of accurate information from you which can all be captured within the online ticketing process. 

By logging a ticket online here you are much more likely to not only save time but get a response back than if you are to call our support team. 

Turn around of tickets may vary due to our ships being all over the world in different timezones usually a ship will respond back within 48hours. Every step of the way we will be able to advise you what your ticket status is and what we will need from you in order to resolve it.

I left my purchase onboard can you help me? 

If for any reason you did  not collect your photo purchase on board please open a ticket with us and we will do whatever we can to reunite you with your valuable memories! Be advised in almost all cases printed photos will be disposed of if left onboard, digital copies of photos will only be provided back to you via an online service such as DropBox to resolve your issue.
