All orders purchased online prior to your cruise or purchased on board during your cruise should be picked up prior to leaving the ship. If you did not pick up your order, please log a new help ticket with all of your cruise information including stateroom, item forgotten, the size of the item ordered (ex: how many photos), your mailing address, and a reference photo. Also include a copy of your receipt or final billing statement reflecting the purchase. Uncollected items are only kept for a maximum of 28 days.
Prints left onboard or lost will not be replaced, digital files in most cases where possible instead.
